Jim Krouskop
Managing Partner and Founder
Jim Krouskop brings more than 20 years of technology management, business development, and recruiting experience to 360Sonar and is responsible for leading business development, client management, and operations.
Jim has successfully led search strategy and execution as a Managing Partner with West500 Partners and a Partner with Laurel Group, both boutique recruiting firms in Seattle. Prior to this, Jim led software and web development teams for Broderbund Software, MetaStories (now Brightcove), and the Cobalt Group. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degree in Urban Planning from UC, San Diego and the University of Washington. Originally from Southern California, Jim is an avid car enthusiast, amateur photographer, and aspiring writer.
